Serene Montecito Studio w/ Private Garden

Wonderful private Spanish style getaway. Positive: Great ambiance and vibe. Some of the decor and paint/maintenance were a little underwhelming, but by and large, very cute and a great option, especially in Montecito. Negative: The bed frame’s lack of support was surprising and a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful property. Quiet and pretty and great location. Positive: The property is charming and pretty. The arched window and little garden outside are beautiful and it’s so peaceful to sit in the garden. The unit is very clean, well appointed and the host, Natty, made sure we were comfortable. The location is terrific. Very close to Summerland and not far from Santa Barbara. You have to drive to the beaches but they are close by and beautiful. Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. It’s terrific and we would visit again.

Underwhelmed by this Casita Positive: The location felt safe, the Casita was nicely decorated, and the host provided some beverages in the refrigerator. Negative: The location was noisy as the casita was not well insulated from hwy101traffic noise, which made sleeping difficult, the bed mattress was very worn and sagged so that it was uncomfortable. We also kept hitting our heads on the dining table light which was too low and tripping up the bedroom steps at night. The Casita was too small to be comfortable for our 2 person 1 week stay.

Positive: Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig! Gute Ausstattung.

Everything went very smoothly and we were kept well informed of what we needed to do on our arrival. They were great hosts.
