Quiet Studio Retreat in Montecito

Great people. Very helpful and attentive. Positive: Perfect for one night. Could be too small for an extended stay for some folks. Very secluded and private. Lush gardens and sitting area.

Such a hidden gem! The private entrance and garden were perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Positive: This suite is incredibly cozy, well-styled, and sparkling clean. The private entrance and peaceful garden view made it feel like a true sanctuary. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great location too! Negative: The front door lock was finicky but the host was very helpful.

Overall, this space is cute and conveniently located with a comfy bed and plenty of linens and space for two. A generous selection of comped beverages in the fridge. I had a few qualms with my stay:- Confirmed early check in through the chat but my entry code didn't work. I called management 4 times before they answered and they said check in was at 3 but I told them I got confirmed for early arrival.- Maintenance worker entered the private outdoor space and leaf blowed/cleaned while I was on a meeting call. Shocked by the disruption in privacy! There's a lock on the inside of the gate you will probably want to use if you stay. - The large gap in the top of the front door and lack of screens on the windows mean that lots, and I mean lots, of different kinds of critters will enter the space on a hot day. 2 large spiders and many flies for me.- The oven is a tricky one to use, the burners spark but did't light the oven so it took me 5 minutes to figure out how not to poison myself with gas.- My stay was during the construction on the 101 and smelled heavily of fresh asphalt. But you can't air out the space because of the bugs.- Careful not to trip on the stairs at night!

Amazing ! Positive: Le studio est charmant, au calme dans une courette, avec tout ce qu’il faut, on s’y sent vraiment très bien ! Negative: Il est assez proche de la route donc on entend les voitures mais honnêtement rien de trop gênant.

This was a great spot and we will definitely book again when in Montecito. Positive: Very comfortable and cozy. Convenient location.
